What a fun wedding...although I knew it would be fun if the rest of Kristen & Fred's family were anything like them. I love that these two are so relaxed and playful and sarcastic with each other, they had me laughing every time we met up.
I started the day off with the girls.

Kristen wrote each of her parents a note for them to open at some point during the wedding. I'm 100% sure there were tears when they were read. |
She even had a free moment to spare and watered the garden :) |
The reception took place at
Chapel Hill, such a beautiful church.
Right after the ceremony the guests celebrated by let balloons go into the sky. |
And 2 orange balloons in memory of a special family member (so thoughtful!). |
After we headed to Mt. Hope Cemetery for photos with the bride, groom and wedding party. I was thankful for such an awesome wedding party...but was especially thankful when we saw another wedding party running around the cemetery belligerently drunk. ;)
What a gooood lookin couple :) |
So beautiful Kristen! |
Wegmans did a beautiful job with the flowers as always. |
Once we were finished, we went to
Burgundy Basin for the reception! The food was amazing, and the dancing....well...it was the best dance party yet. Take a peek for yourself :)
Hilarious...such a fun family! |
The amazing maid of honor...such a help to everyone that day! |
Kristen and Fred, thank you so much for including me in your day. I love photographing you together and hope to do it again one day (please bring Shelby)! <3 Erica
It was wonderful going through this post. They actually look very adorable together. I am glad I came across this post, I got some beautiful ideas for my sister’s wedding day. We have also finalized one of the wedding venues just like this for her wedding.
