Libby | *Little Ones*

Ohhh they just make my heart melt.  This little girl was only 6 days old and not overly excited about having her photos taken!  Libby made some of the most annoyed, and yet cutest faces I've ever seen...she had us laughing most of the time. :)  Eventually, mom lulled her to sleep and we were able to take full advantage of all her cuteness.  She was such a good girl!

Thank you Mollie for letting me play with Libby for a few hours.  She is so sweet and cuddly.  I can't wait for our session in May!

Ann & Andy | Engaged

Growing up (and still to this day), Ann helped pick vegetables and fruit at her family farm; Fisher Farms.  She knows every type of apple (EVERY TYPE) and if you test her (like I do), she will tell you what kind of apple you are holding :)  Which is why taking photos at the barn was the location of her choice.  The family farm is a few hours away, but this barn gave us the same kind of feel we were looking for.  Afterward, we headed to the Arboretum in Highland Park for more photos (and to warm up - it was a cold windy day!).

Ann & Andy, I can't tell you how excited that you chose me for your wedding photographer.  Taking your engagement photos was a lot of fun and gave me a few new ideas for your wedding photos.  I have a feeling an apple might make an appearance in a photo or 2 ;)  More to come in June!

Shannon & Jeff | Engaged

I can't tell you how excited I was when I received an email from Shannon, asking me to take her engagement photos.  Shannon and I lived together during college.  We've kept in touch, but haven't been able to see each other since then, so when she wanted to come to Rochester for photos I.Was.Ecstatic!  Not only to see her again, but to meet her husband to be, Jeff.  The two are *perfectly* matched...take a look!

The thing I love the most, is when a couple knows exactly where they want photos taken.  I always ask if they have a location in mind, and am thrilled when they have a favorite place of theirs, or an idea that would represent them as a couple.  Shannon knew she wanted a country setting, as well as a music setting.  And so the research began!  A week or so later, we had our perfect places picked out :)  A beautiful barn and The Record Archive.

Thank you to The Record Archive for letting us use your shop! What a cool location :)
Thank you Shannon & Jeff for spending the afternoon with me.  I had so much fun with you - and am happy to see you found your perfect matches. Can't wait to see you again Shannon - the Galleria is calling our name :)
